Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina
Hello,
My brother was detained by Ice in Charlotte, NC our immigration lawyer is in Charlotte, and now my brother was transferred to an Ice detention center in Atlanta, GA. Can our immigration lawyer from Charlotte who has the case still represent him in GA at the Immigration Court ?
