Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina

I-130 and I-129F

I filed I-130 and then I-129F, both got approved, but at the time of K-3 interview, officer said our documents are not legetimate so

we need to withdraw our petition and re-file with genuine documents. we withdraw I-129F and then after 6 months I filed I-824 to forward our I-130 to NVC but it never reached there, does this mean by withdrawing our I-129F, our I-130 also got withdrawn or canceled?

Re: I-130 and I-129F

It should not but I would have to see why they rejected the I-129F. If they found the whole case to be fraudulent then it may trickle down to the I-130.

Re: I-130 and I-129F

Cancelling the I129F should have no effect on the I-130 unless fraud was found in the I129F. What do you mean by the documents not being genuine? I need more details on that to properly advise you. Please email me at the address below with more details.
