Re: L2 to H1 transfer

If your friend has an H-1b approved with an October 1 2008 start date, and a change of status was granted with that application, nothing further needs done until he needs to travel outside the US. If you have further questions, or I have misunderstood the question, please contact my office. I will look forward to hearing from you.

Re: L2 to H1 transfer

Hi I am a bit confused about your questions. If the petition has been approved, then you don't need any other documents unless you are traveling out of the country. Do you mean your friend wants to change from an L-2 to an H-1B? If that is the case, there are certain things to be aware of including the limitations on H-1B visas. Please email me at the address below with more information so that we may help you.
