Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina

My parents have a 10 year multiple entry visa(tourist visa) to USA.My ex has sponsered them.Is there a possibilty for him to withdraw the I 134(affidavit of support) or for that matter anything else since he sponsered them.He claims to do so.If that is the case will i have to sponser for my parents again.

No, a sponsor under I-134 affidavit of support can't withdraw his affidavit after the visa have been issued. It's too late.
