Legal Question in Employment Law in North Carolina

I work as a custodian at a church in NC where racial slurs are constantly used to describe me. I am referred to as "that n------" by the minister, the secretary, and most of the congregation. I am the only black on staff. I have been working there for 15 years and it is getting worst. The minister we have there now has been there maybe 5 or 6 years and the secretary has been there for about a year. They are both females. They are the main culprits, although most of the congregation also uses racial slurs to describe me. Many in the church make jokes and mockery about me, and treat me unfairly. Can I sue them in a State that is very conservative and expect to win?
