Left Behind Property
Tenants left an old car in our basement when they left - It has been 6 Months now - I have no Title - What do I have to do legally in North Carolina to obtain that property and sell it? Thank you

Do you have a rough idea of its value?
DO you have a forwarding address for tenants?
Did you have a written lease with a provision for abandoned and released personal property?
