Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina

I have a clean Commerical Driving License and I got a speeding ticket (in my car) in Johnston County for doing a 60 in a 45. what would be my best course of action, when I go to court on August 7th? Ask for a reduction to make it a 54 in a 45 , or Prayer for Judgement ?

I would consult with a Johnston County attorney. It may be that you could get an improper equipment which is a non moving violation.
