Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina
Expired Tags and Inspection Sticker Ticket..
I received a ticket for expired tags and inspection sticker. It was marked on the back of the ticket that I MUST appear in court. I have these fixed now, I have been told so many things about talking to the DA before court (which is hard, when everyone wants to do so) to showing the judge I have it resolved & pay the fines. What would you suggest would be the best thing to do? I don't want to be in court all day & miss work.

Different counties have different procedures but generally you just talk to the DA and the citation will usually be dismissed.
