Can a south carolina resident/driver pulled over in north carolina ask for PJC? My wife was pulled over in Lumberton going 79 in a 60.

My GUESS is that yes, you can. However, since that is a North Carolina legal question, you really need to ask a North Carolina attorney. It is impossible for an attorney licensed in one state, to try and keep up with all of the laws in the other 49 states. If it is easier, you can probably just call the court where the ticket is pending and ask them. Good luck.
