Prayer for Judgement

Can an individual get a prayer for judgement, on their own, without representation? If so, how would one go about doing so?

Yes you can - you would just ask the District Attorney who would probably not object and then ask the Judge.

However, if you are in Orange County, you may be better off in the long run by hiring an attorney and getting an improper equipment which is a non moving violation.
