Prayer for Judgment

I got a ticket going 72 in a 55. This is my first ticket. Can I ask for a prayer for judgment? And would this be a good thing to do?

Is there anyone else on your insurance policy?

a PJC can help avoid a rise in insurance rates if it is the only one on your policy in three years.

If you get a 2nd PJC, your rates will go up for both the 2nd violation and this one.

It is not always necessarily the best plea - depends on the county, your situation, etc.
