Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina

Traffic Tickets

My stepson recently got a ticket for a seatbelt violation, driving without insurance, driving on revoked tag, driving with suspended license. The license was suspended due to a total of 4 failure to appears on previous traffic tickets including 2 for speeding, another seatbelt violation, and driving without insurance. Does he have any chance of getting out of all of these charges and keeping his license with a lawyer or is it likely he will lose the license for a while regardless?

I don't know what will happen but you are probably better off with a lawyer.
