Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in North Carolina

1 of 4 Beneficiares But received nothing
My mother died in 1998. I was 1 of 4 beneficiaries named to split ALL personal property equally and fairly. One of my sisters entered my mothers home and took all of her personal property. I received nothing. What are my legal rights? I was serving in the Navy at the time.

you can file a lawsuit to recover the value of the property on behalf of the estate.
