If this is a serious question in the sense that you had a friend or relative who died in the Bahamas, then I would assume you would talk to the person handling his/her estate and if need be, ask an attorney in the Bahamas. If you are asking this because you got an email or otherwise have no idea who left you the property, then it is a scam and you should forget about it.
