father's estate

My father was made to appear

without assets so his wife could put

him in a nursing home and have

medicaid pay for it. He recently died

and my siblings and I want to know if

we could be entitled to any of the

assets that she hid.

It depends on a lot of information you have not provided. In particular, how were the assets hidden? Did your father go along with the plan?
