Please re-phrase your question. I cannot give you advice if I don't know what you are asking.

Your question is listed under Probate, Trusts, Wills and Estates. These questions concern the disposition of property of those who have passed on or for living persons who are considering making a will or trust.

I assume you mean who owns church property. This is a real estate question but the simple answer is to review the deed to the land. All land, even church property, has to have an owner on the deed, Whoever is on the deed as the grantee is the owner of the property. However, if this is church property, would the land not be in the church's name unless it was leased by the church?

If you mean something else, then you need to re-phrase your question and direct it to a real estate or possibly business law attorney.
