Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in North Carolina
Parents assets
My parents, both disabled, live in NC and are beginning to have more health issues. I have heard that there are new laws in effect and I would like to know what is the process for transfering their home into a family members name to protect it in case one or both patent has to have long term care?
