Re: workman's comp

If your injury was accepted - and it seems it was, and IF you have not received payment for the rating you may be entitled to more money despite the lapse of time. Get an attorney.

Good luck. www.ncworkcomp.com

Re: workman's comp

It depends. Are you still getting $240/week, or have you returned to work? Have you settled the case on a rating or final settlement?

You need to speak with an experienced wc atty, or at least go to the NC Industrial Commission website to runoff a copy of a Bulletin to see what benefits you are entitled to receive. You can link to the IC website from our site at ncworkcomp.com.

Best of luck!
