how does bankruptcy effect divorce
My cousin and her husband want to get a divorce but neither one of them wants to file it because they don't want to hire a lawyer.They make very little money and they have three small children to support.Her husband is going to have to claim bankruptcy real soon because my cousin made him have $30,000 in debt. Is there anything to do in his favor?

There are forms available online and at the stationery store which when properly filled out will enable one to get a do-it-yourself divorce.

Remember one gets what one pays for.

They may be eligible for free or low cost representation by the Legal Services Corporation [Legal Aid] also.
