Expungement of criminal record?

Is is possible to get 2 felony 3 child endangerment charges expunged from my record? The charges are from the same case and the charges are from accusations regarding my son who was 4 at the time the accusations were made. I'm not sure what the guidelines are for getting felony charges expunged.

Revised Code 2953.36(D) provides that where the victim of the offense is under 18 years of age, and the offense is either a first degree misdemeanor or a felony, then the offense is not expungeable. So I'm afraid you may have a problem.

Yes you can have them both expunged since they happened within the same time frame. You will need a lawyer to draft the expungment and appear with you. I charge $500 for felony expungements, but I would have to charge a bit more if the travel time is significant, probably $750 total. There is a small chance I would not have to appear and the judge might be on an Order without a Hearing.
