Unemployed - Chapter 7 or 13?

If you are unemployed, you will be uanble tofund a Chapter 13 Plan as it is generallyfunded by wage deduction. Also, if you arein a Chapter 13, you should be unable to buyanything major because all of your disposableincome will be spent on the Chapter 13 Plan.
