Company Formations
I will operate a business in OH with a single individual ownership structure. Where and how can I set up a corporation so all parties are held anonymously. Thank you

Dear Corporate Inquirer:
You may achieve the desired result by retaining counsel to act as the incorporator and statutory agent for your new Ohio corporation.
You'll need to file certain documents to obtain proper registration and a charter through the Secretary of State, etc. and obtain a Federal ID No., but Counsel can take care of all of that, and the entire procedure can be done in just three (3) days.
