Re: fed form 1065
Dear Terminating Partner:
I am unable to provide you with a simple reply, since dissolution of a partnership in Ohio, is subject to many requirements of the statutory laws , i.e. Revised Code, Section 1715. Additionally, dissoluton must be made in accordance with your Partnership Articles, to avoid future or contingent liability, either from a displeased partner, or from a creditor. Please consider and act accordingly; retain an experienced Attorney to assist you, ASAP.
Good luck.
Sincerely,
J. Norman Stark
