Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
The process for forming LLC
We currently have small business that is an ''S'' corporation. He have the opportunity to purchase a building that will serve as an additional location. We have been advised that we should form an LLC through which to purchase the building. To save money we have considered using a software package for filing the LLC incorporation papers on line. Are there any drawbacks to doing this in the manner we are considering?
