Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
breach of confidentiality
I hired a attorney for my child custody case. later on i find out that she has hired a enemy of mine as her paralegal. I call my lawyer and let her know that im not comfortable with her going through my personal papers and working onmy case. later on my lawyer drops me as a client becasuse she feels i dont trust her. for the past 4 months this paralegal has made numerous postings and blogs on myspace about personal situations i told the attoney. the attorney asked me what would my ex have againist me. i told her that i have social anxiety. the paralegal has made and continues to make postings that i have anxiety, im crazy, psychopath and im on meds, along with threats. what can I do?
