Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio

What are my legal right regarding the following incident.

I was told last evening that I was not allowed to coach the LIL league girl basketball team anymore. That a letter was received by the other coach stating that 2 1/2 weeks ago, when working the food boothe after our game, I yelled at a little girl who ordered a hotdog. The letter was then given to the presisent of the league and the superitendent of the schools and they said I was not allowed to help at practice or coach. This is a false alligation. I was never made aware of the letter till yesterday and not given oppertunity to speak my side. Possible motiv behind this action. I was innocently put in the middle of a failing marriage as well as my two children. I was unaware of the problem but when asked by him I gave him advice. then I was told by the head coach later that he picked my daughter so I would be closer. his wife found out he liked me and accused me of being with him which I was not, he was upset I wouldn't be with him. I have been harrassed since , I think they wanted me to quit but not a quiter and this was their last straw.

I want to clear my name at the school and coach the final game. What are my rights

Document everything, write a letter denying the charges and refuse to go away quietly. Please, forgive the typos (painful hands) Good luck!
