Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio

Hello, my names brian and ide like to know if my case would be worth going after. Ive had a past compication with this guy at work and werent supposed to have contact after the incident. Now somethin that had to do with some other guy not givin him some of the candy/chips that were takin from an order that we shipped at work. So he told someone and that got to the boss, that I steal things and have been with 2 or 3 others and sell it like a black market...for ".50 cents"...come on make almost 16.00 an hr! so could this be slander?? since now its effecting my bosses lookin and watchin and thinkin down on me cause he couldnt get what he wanted..and ive been there almost 2 yrs in feb.
