How would a person go about trying to get SAME-SEX MARRIAGE legalized?

Right now you have to go to Canada to get married - your rmarriage then would be legal in Canada and any place that recognizes the laws of Canada or another urisdiction as legal and as being vaild. I am not certain on Ohio but if Ohio has a law like California - it would say that the state recogizes a marriage that was valid in the place and time of the State or Country wherein the couple was mattied th sameas if the people were married in California. Check your State Civil Code under Marriage - definition - you should find you answr there easily.
