Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
selling car
I had a deal with a friend to buy my truck because I was moving out of town. He told me that he would mail me money, well it's been about 60 days and he says truck broke down and now he isn't paying me, the deal was for 600 and I told him he would need to do work on truck. He also has a weight set of mine that he was supposed to bye for 100.
