I just bought a home in April 2006, I'm behind in my payments 4 months and I owe money to numerous payday loan places and Iam also on disability. I want to know will bankrupsy help me, especially with the payday loan organizations?

Bankruptcy will stay any foreclosure actions filed against you temporarily, but you can only keep the house if you bring the payments up to date. A chapter 7 will discharge the payday loans, but will not guarantee that your lender will work with you.
