Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio

I bought a car,the engine blew up 2 months after i got it. i called

the loan company and ask for enough money to fix the car, they said no because the car was not worth it. i quit makeing payments because i could not aford to fix the car and and make

payments also. they then took me to court, they set up a payment agreement.i was told to pay $165.00 a month . i ask for a payment book and was told no,they did not do things that way. i missed i payment and they garnished my wages.they are taking

$85.00 a week out of my check. $340.00 a month. the balance keeps going up instead of down. i am divorced and have 3 children and

i dont make enough to take care of them with out this mess. could you please give me some legal advice.
