Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio

i received a phone call from a lawyer saying i was being sued for money that i borrowed from a payday loan company he used federal legislation of unsecured loans but would nt tell me who i owed until i pay the 852.00 that i owed saying the government was doing this,and i had to pay the full amount today or go to court,i admit i was stupid and sent them 200.00 and the rest later but this felt wrong becuse i payed all that i owed,the name came up as dtech evolution out of new york,dont i have the right to know who i owe
