Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio

Can a wife be liable for business tax liens by IRS and State taxes if husband has died in OHIO. Wife was not part owner of business. Husband was only 52% owner of business. Wouldn't IRS go after business first to get taxes paid?

As far as I know the wife would have no liability. They would go after the husband's estate and his business interest. Are they coming after you for taxes that your husband owed?
