Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio

My checking and savings accounts were recently frozen by a law firm in Illinois. I was NOT the person whom the judgement was against however, that person was connected to my account for emergency purposes. I have since proved to the law firm that this money was SSI and child support for my children however, they are refusing to go to court to release the funds until it is more convenient for them 3 weeks from now. Is there anything I can do since I have proven the funds were exempt and they have willingly admitted the fact as well? This money is desperately needed for my 5 children.

I would threaten to sue them if they don't release the funds immediately, especially since they were in error.
