Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio

I didnt pay back a payday loan in the amount of 115.00$ and I am wondering if they are aloud to call and leave a message on my answering machine saying I need to come in and make a payment? I thought that there was personal privacy loans that stopped them from saying this kind of information on the machine?

They can contact you through any means necessary in order to get you to pay the debt. However, they still have to prove that the debt is yours.

Feel free to contact me, free of charge, at either [email protected] or [email protected] if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Thanks and have a great day.
