Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Arrest Warrants...
When a warrant is issued for an arrest, what happens then? Will the police, if they have an out-of-state address for the offender visit the address? How long does the process take and what are the usual steps taken?

Re: Arrest Warrants...
The police will not go across state lines to serve a warrant....only felony warrants go outside the state line.
