drug convictions
Does trafficking in cocaine and marijuana fall up under the exact same sentencing rules under the ohio revised code? Say for instance 8 grams of marijuana.....

All drug trafficking felonies are treated differently, both by statute and in practice. I generally am able to change the charge so that my client is able to enter a program and avoid a conviction altogether. We need cooperation from the state to do this, but i have done it many times now. Hope you havent pled yet...
