Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

Exscape.

My boyfriend left the Oriana house,

the CBCF program and he was

already on probation for 2 years. The

charges were felonious assult,

aggervated burglary,they were

droped to just burglary. So he

exscaped the program, and I called a

layer to take the case for $750.00 ,

My question was do you think that

the lawyer could get him extended

probation, house arrest, or back in

the program.

It is a probation violation to leave the treatment center, so the judge is the one in charge, and will decide what will happen. A lawyer plays a limited role in these situations....if you told me who the judge was I might be able to offer an opinion as to his/her leniency....but a probation violation often results in prison.
