firearms
Does a person convicted of domestic violence have the right to have his or her fire arm privilages back after a certain time. Or do they ever get them back after being convicted
Re: firearms
If the conviction is your only conviction of your life you can have it expunged, but if that charge is not expunged, the current federal law does prohibit you from EVER owning a gun....The issue for you then is whether you can have it expunged.
