what can he do

my parents had a person charged as a sex offender saying we had sex when i was fourteen that was not true and now that i am eighteen i would like to know how i can get the case opened back up because i feel extremelyu guilty and at the time i couldnt say anything because i was a minor and now that i am older i would like to do what is right how can i go about doing this without making it a big deal and causing his family the drama of going back through this difficult ordeal

You can go to the prosecutor's office or to the judge in the case, or the defendant himself. Either way, since you were a minor, you have nothing to fear. You can work thru an attorney, and I would be glad to help you without charging you.
