Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I received a ticket in Lakewood Ohio, Cod. Ord. No. 509.03 for taking a leak outside. i wasn't calling attention to myself, and i was pressed up against a building. I had already zipped up by the time the officer had driven by.
Do I have any chance of beating this one?
I wasn't making a scene - i wasn't blind drunk or anything. Just 15 seconds of bad decision at the worst possible moment.

Plead not guilty. Ask for a pre trial and once there ask the prosecutor for a reduction. You'll have to pay something, but just don't take a criminal offense out of this. Call me for help if you want 216.952.1990
