Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
i would like to reopen a criminal case in which my husband just got sent to lorain for a charge his stepson did not confess to but recently i spoken to his stepson and he admitted what happened on my cell phone pls help

you need to hire a lawyer and file a motion in the trial court to reopen the case for newly discovered evidence...if you can get the proof about your stepson.
