A 24 year old meets a 17 year old in the neighboring state on the internet. They agree to meet in person . They go back to the 24 year olds home . What are the laws broken here and what are the penalty's .

To answer this question I would need to know in what state they physically met, in what state the 17 year old lives, in what state the 24 year old lives, and what they did once they got to the 24 year old's home.
