Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

Taking the rap for your stash

What procedures should I take? I give two people a ride in my car, get pulled over by the police for routine traffic stop, the police ask to search the vehicle I comply (yes) while out of the car, later to find out that the passenger has tried to hide drugs along the side of the passenger seat(Note:the drugs were nowhere near the drivers seat closest to the door)I am the driver/Owner of the car charged with the possession because the passenger wouldn't confess.

What's the law,where can I find it,how can I beat this ect?

Re: Taking the rap for your stash

You will have to prepare to go to trial, and only when you appear to be willing to take this to a trial, will the Prosecutor be willing to deal with you.

Remember that in Ohio you will lose your license for six months if you are convicted.

You can speak to me directly if you wish. What city is this in? How's your record? Can you find these people? Were they there when you were pulled over? Were they charged? What did they say?
