Is it possible to remove my father from a nursing home and bring him to live with me if he was put there by his stepdaughter with his wife's consent? Will i get into legal difficulties if i try to take him out of there?

If you feel that your father's best interest's are not being met then you can apply for a guardian of his person and if appointed, you can make those decisions for him.
