2 children- each party will have custody on one.

If I allow my ex- husband have custody of my oldest son, will I still be able to get child support for my youngest son?

Depends entirely on the income distribution between the two of you.

That would depend. If your ex makes more than you, it may be a possibility. There is what is called a split custody child support guidelines to calculate support is such instances. Hope that helps. Steve 440.835.8200
