Age a child can choose to live with parent

What is the age a child can choose for themself if they want to live with the other parent?

There is no age in Ohio at which a child can make a binding choice as to which parent he or she wants to stay with. The child's wishes are only one factor which must be considered by the court in determining the child's best interests.
