Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Change in custody

I currently am the custodial parent of my 3 children and am considering a shared parenting. My 2 boys would be in their fathers residence and I would have my daughter reside with me. Currently my ex husband pays child support and alimony. His gross annual income is 65,000 and mine is $3600.00 if you count alimony. If I agree to the shared parenting will he still have to pay me some type of child support? I would have the children from 6am - 6pm Mon-Fri and Tuesday all night and every other weekend. He would have them the remainder of the time. If there is any suggestions you might be able to give me they would greatly be appreciated.

Re: Change in custody

Did you mean $36,000? The child support amount would be recalculated to reflect the new arrangement. You can try to recalcute the approximate payments by downloading a calculating sheet yourself.
