Child Custody
I have sharred parenting with my EX husband, and now he wants to take full custody because I'm going through a hardship right now and going to file bankruptcy. Can me doing this effect my child rights?

He must be able to prove that what you are experiencing is having a negative effect on the child. Bankruptcy may be a factor in that, but so might whether he is current in his child support.
