Custody of my child was granted to my sister last year so I could get settled. We would all like to give custody back to me so I can enroll him in school. What form do I use?

You need to file a complaint for custody. Some courts have additional forms that they want you to file as well. I can check with the court to see if there are additional forms. This varies by county.
